Shipping policy

Shipping prices are based on shipping methods provided by USPS . If you need faster shipping and confirmation please email us  so that We can update the shipping for you to meet your deadlines.  If you do not email us indicating that you have a deadline to meet and you miss the deadline we will not refund you for this order.

Please be sure that your address on file is the address that you would like your items to go to.  Orders sent to the wrong address due to buyers error is not the responsibility of our company. If the item is returned we will send you an invoice for payment  in order for us to resend the package to you. 

We do not guarantee any delivery dates or issues with postal service due.  Customs fee are not covered in the cost of shipping for international orders

Prior to ordering please be sure to review the processing time. Production time is 1-2 weeks. Orders are shipped after the processing time. Please  keep in mind the processing  timeframe  when placing your order.
