Shipping prices are based on shipping methods provided by USPS . If you need faster shipping and confirmation please email us  so that We can update the shipping for you to meet your deadlines.  If you do not email us indicating that you have a deadline to meet and you miss the deadline we will not refund you for this order.

Please be sure that your address on file is the address that you would like your items to go to.  Orders sent to the wrong address due to buyers error is not the responsibility of our company. If the item is returned we will send you an invoice for payment  in order for us to resend the package to you. 

We do not guarantee any delivery dates or issues with postal service due.  Customs fee are not covered in the cost of shipping for international orders

Prior to ordering please be sure to review the processing time. Production time is 1-2 weeks. Orders are shipped after the processing time. Please  keep in mind the processing  timeframe  when placing your order. 

Payment must be received at time of order. Items will not be processed until payment is made in full. We accept payment forms of Paypal and debit/credit card at check-out. State Sales Tax will automatically be added if your delivery state is Florida. 

All custom request or edits to listings to accommodate your needs must be paid for within 24 hours of the final agreement. If not the listing will be cancelled and agreement of terms and conditions will be void. Agreements for special request items are valid for 24 hours only.

Items at Attay Mik Baby Couture, LLC are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any items as all items ae handmade at the time of purchase. Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days. After 3 days, no replacements will be given nor will shipping charges be refunded. Attay Mik Baby Couture, LLC does not issue refunds unless the mistake was made by Attay Mik Baby Couture, LLC. Refunds will not be issued due to sizing issues.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason please email us at info@attaymik.com

If a return is granted due to an issue on our behalf, the item needs to be shipped back within 2 days of receiving a return label.

Our fonts can vary from letter to letter, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your  order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter looks. 

All orders are FINAL SALE.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order once it has been placed. PLEASE check your order carefully to make sure that you have ordered is accurate, if you are requesting alterations from the original listing. Please feel free to contact us via email at info@attaymik.com or via telephone at 863-289-2486 (via phone or text)  with any questions that you may have about fonts or font color choices. As there are NO RETURNS on any personalized items. 

Please order carefully and correctly. 

When ordering custom outfits from Attay Mik Baby Couture, LLC, please be as detailed  as possible with specifications of the outfit. Once final proofs of the outfit has been completed , no refund will be issued or cancellation granted.

If you need a rush  order, you will be required to pay an additional non refundable fee of $15.00, which only applies to the time frame of production.
